My life is centered around faith, family, and a commitment to serving others with integrity and purpose.
For me, real estate has never just been about transactions. It’s always been about people and helping them achieve their goals. Whether it’s a first-time buyer, a family managing an estate, or an investor growing their portfolio, I’ve found real value in walking with people through meaningful transitions and helping them make confident, informed decisions. That service-oriented mindset has guided every phase of my career.
My faith has been central in shaping that mindset. Since my late teens, it’s influenced how I see people, how I lead, and how I work. I’ve always believed that if you lead with honesty, stay transparent, and treat people right, the rest will follow. That belief has helped me build a reputation based on trust. I spend a lot of time identifying opportunities, evaluating properties, and offering straightforward advice. My relationships with clients have grown over time because they know I’ll be honest about what works and what doesn’t.
I got my start in real estate auctioning homes, combining my interest in the housing market with my entrepreneurial background. Before that, I’d owned a Christian bookstore, laundromats, and dry-cleaning businesses—so running my own operation was nothing new. But during the 2008 crash, I stepped away and pivoted into retail for a few years. When I returned to real estate, I shifted from auctions to traditional resale, adapting to what the market and people needed most.
Some of the most meaningful moments in my career have come from the smaller, less expected parts of the work. I’ve been able to help single moms navigate Section 8 housing and, in a few cases, get into homes of their own. That sense of stability is life changing. I’ve also worked with veterans and active-duty military families here in Colorado Springs. As a veteran myself, that connection runs deep. My wife and I have had the opportunity to sponsor cadets at the Air Force Academy over the years, and it's been a privilege to stay involved with that community both personally and professionally.
Service has always been important to us, even outside of real estate. Over the years, my wife and I have been involved in feeding the homeless, volunteering at soup kitchens, and helping support families in need. In 2018, we took our entire family to Lebanon to serve in a Syrian refugee camp. That trip changed our perspective in a big way. Lebanon doesn’t have the safety nets we’re used to in the U.S.—everything is done through nonprofits
and volunteers.
What struck us most in Lebanon was how much joy people had, even while living with so little. It gave our family a new perspective—on gratitude, on service, and on what really matters. In the middle of busy careers and daily responsibilities, it reminded me that the real measure of a meaningful life isn’t found in comfort or success, but in my faith, in being there for the people I love, and in doing what I can to help others. That experience continues to ground the way we live and work today.
Real estate has given me more than a career—it’s given me the flexibility to live out those values. It allows me to be present with my wife, our kids, and our grandkids while still doing work I’m proud of. That balance between providing for my family and truly being with them is something I don’t take for granted—and it’s one of the greatest rewards this path has given me.
I specialize in residential real estate and managing investment projects from inception to completion. With two decades of experience, I believe a smooth real estate experience comes down to preparation and communication. I make it a point to walk clients through what to expect from the start, whether we're talking timelines, potential hurdles, or decision points along the way. Real estate deals can be unpredictable, but I don’t let surprises turn into stress. I’m proactive, not reactive—and that helps everyone involved stay grounded and informed.
I’m also a strong negotiator, and I approach each deal with a level head, always focused on protecting my client’s best interests without creating unnecessary conflict. Over the years, I’ve found that being approachable, responsive, and detail-oriented makes all the difference, not just in the outcome of a deal, but in the relationships built through it. I’ve had clients come back years later, refer their friends and family, or call just to check in, and I don’t take that lightly. It is an honor to be the person people trust when it really matters, and I consider it one of the most meaningful parts of what I do.
Sincerely,
